In the wake of the Orlando shooting on June 12, 2016, Sacramento writer, musician, and artist, Lauren Lavin created this design.
Inspired by the proverb "What didn't you do to bury me, but you forgot that I was a seed."
These two lines were written by Greek Poet, Dinos Christianopoulos.
One of the first to write homoerotic poetry, Christianopoulos' quote grew popularity when it was picked up by the Mexican counterculture responding to violence in Mexico City in the 1970s.
100% of the proceeds from these patches will be donated to the Sacramento LBGT Community Center.
Donations are available at $3, $5, $10 and $15.
PATCHES COME IN ONE SIZE: 5in x 6in
Hand screen printed on black canvas patch with white waterbased ink
